THE FARWORLDER

The Farworlder is a concept for a worldbuilding class that never really got off the ground due to time constraints, and most of the design and worldbuilding has been a backburner idea for me.  I wanted to abstract the A letterform into a rocket blasting off into spaces unknown, and paired it with a a thin, vertical sans serif handlettering to express the sleek deep-space futuristic world that this is meant for--understandable, but also foreign and difficult to understand.  The orange and brown concepts emanate from the concept art which features deep rusted oranges, and toxic yellow-greens, which are unfamiliar and hostile to the senses.
